Paradise Suites Hotel

Lovely hotel just 10 minutes away from our boat cruise in Lan Ha bay . Was great after a 7 hour cruise just staying so near and chilling when we got back. The hotel restaurant was good on an evening. The breakfast was fine and even though it was busy we didnt have to queue or wait long for an order. Reception and restaurant staff were all lovely and very helpful. Bedroom was good. Very clean and comfortable bed. Quiet. Nice silk bathrobes! Very quiet area and not really restaurants around but we enjoyed the hotels evening meals.

This place is very well fit out with gracious and attentive staff. The interior is designed and succeeds in pursuit of a high class feel and it succeeds in its execution. The menu plentiful and the food is delicious and the bar staff are skilled. The location is perfect for those spending a night before a cruise as a 5 minute Grab ride gets you to the port comfortably. We spent the evening prior to our cruise relaxing in the hotel and resetting after a day of travel. We visited in the off season so the area was very quiet. This is not a downside on the Hotel, but something to set expectations should you be visiting the area. We visited in October, but the staff said that the summertime was more popular for hotel stays.

My stay at this hotel was comfortable overall. The rooms were clean and the staff were polite and helpful. The biggest advantage is the location for anyone planning to take a cruise, as it’s just a short walk to the dock. However, the area itself feels like a bit of a ghost town, especially after the recent typhoon and with it being out of season. There’s not much to do in the vicinity, so if you’re looking for a lively neighborhood, this might not be the best fit. Perfect for a short, cruise-focused stay.

For the second time, we have taken "a moment to breathe" at Paradise Suites. Travelling is hard work and when you're meant to be on holidays and resting, Ha Long is a great place to just stop for a minute. This hotel is not in Ha Long City, it is on the harbour from where the cruises leave. It is exquisitely appointed and offers a fantastic restaurant for dinner. Breakfasts are included in your booking and are a full buffet, with a chef cooking eggs made to order. When you're ready, one of the staff will drive you down to the private infinity pool and private beach, where again chilled drinks and nibbles will be delivered to you. There are very few people staying on this island area and so there is no noise, no rush, no one trying to sell to you, just peace and quiet. The beds are exceptional and the rooms are beautiful with fantastic lighting for all your needs (reading lights and ambient). The staff are wonderful, reception communicate quickly, Phương (F&B coordinator) and the restaurant staff can truly not do enough for you. Take a moment, you won't beat this place.

We couldn’t recommend this hotel more - it was incredible! The staff was very helpful and caring to our needs, they were also very accommodating when our plans changed and arrived very late. We went to the spa for massages, and they were excellent. Most importantly to us, the quality of the room was impeccable. The room was very clean, and the beds/pillows were the comfiest bed we have ever slept in!! I’m still dreaming of being back in those beds!!!
